The Lift-All® Permaloc wire rope sling is designed as the construction industry standard, featuring slings constructed from high strength 6 x 19, EIP, IWRC class wire rope, which consists of six strands of 19 wires each made from extra-improved plow steel, surrounding an independent wire rope core to resist abrasion for a longer lifespan. The wire rope sling is manufactured using a mechanically swaged, Flemish splice technique to form the eyes, ensuring that the eye strength is not solely dependent on the sleeve for enhanced reserve strength. Each sling comes with a Tuff-Tag that displays rated capacities, providing easily readable capacity information to enhance safety. These slings comply with OSHA and ASME B30.9 standards, and it is important not to exceed the rated capacities, as sling capacity decreases when the angle from horizontal decreases, and they should not be used at angles less than 30°.
