The Lift-All® Permaloc wire rope sling is the construction industry standard, featuring slings constructed of high strength 6 x 19, EIP, IWRC class wire rope, comprising 6 strands of 19 wires each made from extra-improved plow steel surrounding an independent wire rope core, which enhances abrasion resistance for longer life. The wire rope sling is manufactured using a mechanically swaged, Flemish splice technique to form the eyes, ensuring that the eye strength is not solely dependent on the sleeve, thus providing greater reserve strength. Each sling is supplied with a Tuff-Tag that displays rated capacities, allowing for easy-to-read capacity information to promote safety. These slings comply with OSHA and ASME B30.9 standards. It is important to note that the rated capacities should not be exceeded and that sling capacity decreases as the angle from horizontal decreases; slings should not be used at angles less than 30°.
