Lift-All® Permaloc Wire Rope Sling is the construction industry standard, constructed of high strength 6 x 19, EIP, IWRC class wire rope, which consists of six strands of 19 wires each, made of extra-improved plow steel that surrounds an independent wire rope core, ensuring resistance to abrasion for longer life. The wire rope sling is manufactured using a mechanically swaged, Flemish splice technique to form the eyes, providing greater reserve strength as the eye strength is not solely dependent on the sleeve. Each sling is supplied with a Tuff-Tag that displays rated capacities, offering easy-to-read capacity information to promote safety. The slings comply with OSHA and ASME B30.9 standards, with a crucial note that rated capacities must not be exceeded, and sling capacity decreases as the angle from horizontal decreases. It is advised that slings should not be used at angles less than 30 degrees.
