Lift-All® Permaloc wire rope sling is the construction industry standard, constructed of high strength 6 x 19, EIP, IWRC class wire rope consisting of 6 strands of 19 wires each, made from extra-improved plow steel, surrounding an independent wire rope core that resists abrasion for a longer lifespan. The wire rope sling is manufactured using a mechanically swaged, Flemish splice technique to form the eyes, ensuring that eye strength is not solely dependent on the sleeve, resulting in greater reserve strength. Each sling is supplied with a Tuff-Tag that displays rated capacities for easy reading, promoting safety. The slings comply with OSHA and ASME B30.9 standards, with a critical note that rated capacities should not be exceeded and that sling capacity decreases as the angle from horizontal decreases, with a recommendation against using slings at angles less than 30°.
