Lift-All® Permaloc wire rope sling is the construction industry standard, constructed of high strength 6 x 19, EIP, IWRC class wire rope, which consists of 6 strands of 19 wires each, made from extra-improved plow steel, surrounding an independent wire rope core, designed to resist abrasion for longer life. The wire rope sling utilizes a mechanically swaged Flemish splice technique to form the eyes, ensuring that the eye strength is not solely dependent on the sleeve, thus providing greater reserve strength. Each sling comes with a Tuff-Tag displaying rated capacities for easy-to-read capacity information and safety promotion. The slings comply with OSHA and ASME B30.9 standards, and it is important to note that the rated capacities should not be exceeded, as sling capacity decreases with angles from horizontal, and slings should not be used at angles of less than 30°.
