The Lift-All® Permaloc wire rope sling is constructed to meet the rigorous standards of the construction industry, featuring high-strength 6 x 19, EIP, IWRC class wire rope, which consists of six strands of 19 wires each made from extra-improved plow steel surrounding an independent wire rope core. This design enhances abrasion resistance, prolonging the sling's lifespan. The wire rope sling utilizes a mechanically swaged, Flemish splice technique to create the eyes, ensuring that eye strength is not solely reliant on the sleeve, thereby providing greater reserve strength. Each sling is supplied with a Tuff-Tag that displays rated capacities for easy-to-read capacity information, promoting safety. The slings comply with OSHA and ASME B30.9 standards, and it is important to note that rated capacities must not be exceeded. Sling capacity decreases when the angle from horizontal decreases, and they should not be used at angles less than 30°.
