Lift-All® Permaloc wire rope sling is designed to meet the rigorous demands of the construction industry. The slings are constructed from high strength 6 x 19, EIP, IWRC class wire rope, consisting of six strands of nineteen wires each, made from extra-improved plow steel and surrounding an independent wire rope core for enhanced durability and resistance to abrasion. The wire rope sling employs a mechanically swaged, Flemish splice technique to form the eyes, ensuring that the strength of the eye is not solely reliant on the sleeve, which provides greater reserve strength. Each sling comes with a Tuff-Tag that displays rated capacities, allowing for easy readability of capacity information and promoting safe usage. These slings comply with OSHA and ASME B30.9 standards. It is important to note that rated capacities should not be exceeded, and sling capacity decreases when the angle from horizontal decreases, with a minimum usage angle of 30° recommended.
