The Big Squeeze™ Pail and Can Crusher is designed to efficiently crush 1-gallon cans in under 30 seconds and 5-gallon pails in less than 1 minute. This pail compactor is simple to install and operate; users just need to insert the can or pail, close the door, and push the cycle button. The unit automatically crushes and retracts for the next cycle, with a safety feature that stops operation when the door is opened. It accommodates pails up to 15" high and 12" in diameter, and can also crush automotive oil filters up to 15" high and 9" in diameter. The crusher generates up to 13,000 pounds of compaction force at 100 PSI, with air requirements of 85 minimum PSI, 115 maximum PSI, and 9 CFM at 100 PSI, utilizing a three-bellow air piston. An integral safety regulator ensures the operator is protected from potential hazards. Additionally, a recessed area at the base includes an outlet and hose for draining liquid waste. The construction features all-welded structural steel and industrial-grade components, promising durability for years of service, and it includes an 18-month limited warranty.
