The Newstripe Pack-Master™ waste compactor is designed to reduce drum disposal and storage costs while being easy and safe to use. It accommodates a standard 55-gallon drum placed on a sturdy platform base, where material is compacted by a robust 1/4" thick x 20" diameter steel pressure plate. Constructed of all-welded structural steel with industrial-grade components, it ensures long-lasting performance. This model features an 18-month limited warranty. Additionally, the Pack-Master™ spark resistant air compactor includes all the functionalities of the standard Pack-Master with the added benefit of aluminum-covered contact surfaces for enhanced spark resistance. Operating on 8 CFM of shop air, it utilizes a two-handed safety lever with joystick control that keeps the operator safely distanced from the compaction process. The compaction cycle is completed in just 30 seconds using a 100 PSI air supply. It is equipped with a commercial-grade air cylinder measuring 6" in diameter and a 24" stroke, featuring an oversized 1" diameter piston rod for added durability. The compactor delivers impressive force, providing 2600 lbs. of compaction at 100 PSI and 3900 lbs. at 150 PSI.
