The plastic pail lid closing device facilitates the efficient and safe application of lids onto plastic pails. It features an adjustable height table measuring 16" W x 16" D, accommodating buckets with a capacity of up to 7 gallons and heights ranging from 6" to 22". The 39" L lever arm offers a 14:1 compression advantage, ensuring a maximum closing force where 50 lbs. of force on the handle translates to 700 lbs. on the pail, enhanced by a counterweight that returns the arm to its starting position after use. A 16" compression plate is designed for use with 10" square pails and lids, and includes an adjustable burp plunger at the bottom to release air from the pail during lid closure. The device's steel frame is pre-drilled for easy floor attachment and features a durable powder coat finish. Bench mount and stainless steel options are available upon request. This device is not intended for closing un-rated plastic pails and covers.
