The Eagle Lab Pack Drum is designed for the safe storage of smaller non-damaged bottles, cans, carboys, and 5-gallon pails containing non-leaking hazardous materials. Constructed from blow molded HDPE (high density polyethylene), this lab pack is both chemical and weather resistant, with an operating temperature range of -30°F to 130°F. It includes a lever-lock ring for secure lid attachment and is approved for use with packing groups I, II, and III. The plastic lab pack containers are UN certified to HM-181 and have passed the UL 94HB flammability rating. They are also FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 food grade quality, SPCC compliant, and DOT 49 CFR 173.12 compliant. This product is ideal for safe storage, handling, transportation of hazardous materials, spill containment and cleanup, original shipping container applications, and bio waste disposal and incineration. It is specifically designed for use with smaller non-damaged bottles, cans, carboys, and 5-gallon pails of non-leaking hazardous materials; if any leaking occurs, it must be packed with sufficient sorbents to prevent any free liquids.
