The BSC Preferred 30 Gallon Open Head Steel Drum is designed to meet UN standards and is suitable for containing, storing, and transporting both hazardous and non-hazardous materials. It complies with Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations and holds UN approval. The drum features a corrosion-resistant interior and an open head with a removable top, an EPDM "D" gasket, and a 12-gauge bolt ring, making it ideal for liquid storage in a vertical position only. Additionally, it has a chemical-resistant epoxy phenolic lining. The UN ratings for this drum are Liquid - 1A2/Y1.5/150 and Solid - 1A2/X235/S.
