The self-dumping steel hopper features a drop-down ramp designed for easy loading and unloading of bulk materials. Its fold-down front ramp allows for efficient loading either with shovels or wheelbarrows, while the unique folding front gate enhances versatility. The heavily reinforced ramp can be operated by a single user, secured in the upright position with twin hand latches. Constructed from rugged steel, the hopper includes a pull-cable mechanism for convenient dumping from the forklift seat. The low-profile design ensures a full 90° dump angle, and the hopper automatically returns to the upright position upon being lowered to the ground. The unit is constructed with a reinforced formed steel base and precision robotic welds, providing an industrial-grade solution (leakproof hoppers available upon request). A heavy-duty safety strap secures the hopper to the forklift, and the fork pockets measure 7" W x 2" H on 11-5/8" centers. The durable powder coat finish enhances longevity.
