The ESD lid for the nesting box measures 12-3/8"L x 9-3/4"W and is designed to protect parts during storage while enabling boxes to be stacked. This ESD-safe lid is available in various lengths, widths, and depths, combining impressive strength, durability, and ease of handling with complete electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive components. The ESD-safe conductive products feature a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms and meet or exceed the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. These lids demonstrate superior physical properties compared to thermoplastic and corrugated products and can consistently operate in temperatures ranging from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C). Additionally, they are resistant to cutting oils, solvents, greases, and mild acids and alkaline solutions with a pH rating of 3.0 - 10.0. The composite construction ensures a high load-carrying capacity and dimensional stability, specifically designed for use with the MFG-9301005167 nesting box.
