The Molded Fiberglass Tray 8870005167 ESD Lid is designed for the stacking box with dimensions of 25-3/4"L x 17-3/4"W. This ESD-safe lid is engineered to protect parts during storage while enabling stacking capabilities. Available in various lengths, widths, and depths, these lids offer impressive strength, durability, and ease of handling alongside complete electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive components. The ESD-safe conductive products exhibit a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms and comply with the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. The lids have superior physical properties compared to thermoplastic and corrugated products. They can be consistently utilized in temperatures ranging from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C) and are resistant to cutting oils, solvents, greases, as well as mild acids and alkaline solutions within a pH rating of 3.0 - 10.0. The composite construction ensures a high load-carrying capacity and dimensional stability, and they are specifically designed for use with MFG-8700005167 and MFG-8750005167 stacking boxes.
