The 511 vertical panel saw is designed for handling sheet goods with a powerful 3HP worm-drive motor that rotates within the carriage, allowing for versatile rip cuts. The saw features a robust construction with a heavy-duty welded one-piece steel frame that prevents vibration and ensures solid support. It is equipped with eight unique guide roller assemblies that glide effortlessly along stainless steel rails, providing cut accuracy straight and square to 1/64”. The solid aluminum rollers, complemented by outside support brackets, guarantee smooth feeding and perfect 90° cuts. For enhanced functionality, the saw includes dual 4" dust collection ports with a nylon brush that surrounds the blade to facilitate front and rear dust exhaust, alongside a true counterweight system which maintains the carriage at the desired position while loading or unloading panels. Additionally, the horizontal and vertical scales offer precise measurements, and the integrated casters provide ease of mobility. The saw is capable of accommodating panels up to 5 feet tall.
