The JTM-1 and JTM-2 models feature a three-stage power down feed with auto stop, delivering high precision through class 7 spindle bearings and the robust stability offered by Meehanite castings. The internally cooled spindle head helps prevent seizing, while Jet precision engineering ensures superior results. Key features include a precision bored and honed milling head, a large diameter chromed quill, heavy-duty spindle motor drive, a one-piece quill pinion and shaft, a heavy-duty spindle brake, and precision hardened and ground ways with adjustable gibs throughout. The internal coolant tank is built into the base for use with a coolant system (coolant pump not included), and the package includes a tolerance test sheet, one-shot lubrication system, way covers, draw bar, and a toolbox with tools.
