The JTM-1 and 2 models feature a three-stage power down feed with auto stop, high precision Class 7 spindle bearings, and the durability of Meehanite castings, ensuring exceptional performance. The internally cooled spindle head prevents seizing, while Jet precision engineering guarantees superior results. Key features include a precision bored and honed milling head, large diameter chromed quill, satin chrome finished dials, and a heavy-duty spindle motor drive. The machine is equipped with a one-piece quill pinion and shaft, heavy-duty spindle brake, precision hardened and ground ways, precision ground table, adjustable gibs throughout, and an internal coolant tank built into the base (coolant pump not included). Additional components comprise a tolerance test sheet, a one-shot lubrication system, way covers, a drawbar, and a toolbox with tools.
