The G-Tek® Economy seamless knit nylon glove features a nitrile coated foam grip on the palm and fingers, designed for tasks such as handling and assembly of parts and materials, equipment maintenance and repair, parts cleaning, and fastening and anchoring. This glove includes a seamless one-piece nylon shell that ensures comfort, finger dexterity, and breathability. The foam nitrile coating is breathable and durable with a cell structure that disperses fluids on contact, enhancing grip under slightly oily or wet conditions, while the knit wrist prevents dirt and debris from entering the glove. It is color-coded for easy size identification and is washable and resistant to chemicals, water, and ultraviolet light. The liner material is nylon, which provides increased comfort and dexterity. The nitrile coating offers excellent puncture, tear, and abrasion resistance as well as resistance to hydrocarbon-based oils or solvents, making it suitable for industrial applications that involve handling oily parts. The glove's grip is designed to channel fluids away, optimizing grip performance. The glove meets EN 388 2016 results with an abrasion rating of 4, a cut (Coupe test) rating of 1, a tear rating of 2, a puncture rating of 1, and a cut (TDM-100 test) result of X, indicating its durability and protective qualities. The ANSI abrasion level is rated at 3, according to test method ASTM D3389-10, aligning with the ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 standard for abrasion testing.
