The G-Tek® seamless knit nylon glove features a polyurethane coated smooth grip on the palm and fingers, designed for use in electronic and computer assembly, quality control, inspection, and general assembly. This glove includes a seamless one-piece nylon shell that provides comfort, finger dexterity, and breathability. The polyurethane coating imparts tactile grip in dry and slightly oily conditions, making it suitable for applications that require precision handling. The knit wrist design helps to keep dirt and debris out, and the color-coded hems facilitate easy size identification. The glove is washable and resistant to chemicals, water, and ultraviolet light. It is constructed with a nylon liner that ensures increased comfort and dexterity, while the polyurethane coating delivers good tactile sensitivity due to its thin material deposit and flexibility. Available alternatives include nitrile and PVC coatings, which offer a secure dry grip and keep hands dry and clean by preventing liquid absorption. The glove’s performance is established through EN 388 2016 assessment with results of 4131XX, indicating abrasion resistance of level 4, cut resistance (coupe test) of level 1, tear resistance of level 3, puncture resistance of level 1, and no impact protection or TDM-100 cut test rating. The ANSI abrasion level is rated at 3, verified using ASTM D3389-10 test method.
