The G-Tek® Posigrip® Hi-Vis seamless knit polyester blend glove is designed for use in electronic and computer assembly, quality control, inspection, and general assembly, featuring a polyurethane coated flat grip on the palm and fingers. The glove showcases a seamless knit polyester plus spandex shell for enhanced comfort, finger dexterity, and breathability, with a breathable back to ensure user comfort. Its polyurethane coating provides a tactile grip suitable for dry and slightly oily conditions, making it ideal for applications requiring precision handling. Additionally, the gloves are touchscreen compatible and feature Hi-Vis coloring for improved visibility, while the knit wrist design helps prevent dirt and debris from entering. The gloves are washable and resistant to chemicals, water, and ultraviolet light. The liner material is a combination of polyester and spandex; polyester offers good abrasion resistance and some chemical resistance, while spandex adds comfort and breathability. The polyurethane coating is known for its durability and tactile sensitivity due to its thin deposit, allowing for flexibility and dexterity. The glove's flat grip design results in high dexterity with a tactile grip in specified conditions. Compliance with EN 388 2016 is demonstrated with test results showing abrasion: 3, cut (Coupe test): 1, tear: 3, puncture: 1, and cut (TDM-100 test) impact protection: X. The cut level is determined by the number of cycles it takes a spinning circular blade to cut through the glove material.
