The White 26" utility/sanitation rack features a PVC-coated design and includes (12) 2-1/2" hooks, with dimensions of 26"W x 6-1/2"H x 4"D. This rack is engineered to minimize cross-contamination and is compliant with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards. It is constructed to endure regular cleaning using bleaches, common acids, bases, and solvents typically employed in sanitizing food plants and chemical facilities. The rack is designed to hold sanitation brushes, brooms, scrapers, scoops, shovels, mops, and squeegees securely on robust 2-1/2" long hooks, allowing tools to be organized in one area for specific machines or operations. The one-inch spacing from the wall facilitates effective cleaning behind the rack. Additionally, the use of color-coded sanitation utensils aids in reducing the spread of bacteria by preventing the mixing of cleaning utensils from different areas within the plant.
