A unique, 2-piece valve prevents pressure build-up of solvents within these right-to-know safety-labeled wash bottles, effectively venting volatiles and eliminating solvent drips. Each bottle is pre-printed with the chemical name, formula, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Section 704 four-color diamond, health hazards, Chemical Abstract System (CAS) number, and suggested protective clothing and equipment. Key features include a valve that eliminates drips and allows dispensing in both upright and inverted positions, a wide mouth measuring 53 mm (2") for easy refilling, and a polypropylene closure with a leakproof design that is color-coded for quick identification. The bottles are made from translucent, LDPE solvent-resistant materials; sodium hypochlorite is housed in a white LDPE bottle for light protection between 230 and 450 nm, while toluene is stored in a red LDPE bottle. These wash bottles comply with OSHA requirements outlined in Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200, and custom labeling is available.
