This unique 2-piece valve wash bottle kit is designed to prevent pressure build-up of solvents, ensuring safety and compliance. It features a valve that eliminates solvent drips and allows for easy dispensing in both upright and inverted positions. The wide mouth 53 mm (2") design facilitates easy refilling, while the polypropylene closure offers a leakproof seal and is color-coded for easy identification. Made from translucent, solvent-resistant LDPE, the sodium hypochlorite bottle is white LDPE to provide light protection between 230 and 450 nm, and the toluene bottle is red LDPE. The wash bottles come pre-printed with essential information including the chemical name, formula, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Section 704 four-color diamond, health hazards, Chemical Abstract System (CAS) number, and suggested protective clothing and equipment. The kit complies with OSHA requirements outlined in Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200 and is sold in a package quantity of 3 bottles, priced per each pack.
