Bel-Art's safety labeled wash bottles are designed to enhance workplace safety by including Department of Transportation (DOT) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and symbols, Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) number, protective equipment symbols, and target organ information. These bottles feature easy-to-read printed labels and a wide mouth 53 mm (2") opening for effortless refilling. Constructed from translucent LDPE that is solvent-resistant, the sodium hypochlorite bottle is made from white LDPE for light protection between 230 and 450 nm, while the toluene bottle is crafted from red LDPE. Each bottle is fitted with a polypropylene closure designed for leakproof performance, ensuring compliance with OSHA requirements as outlined in the Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200. The bottles are sold in inner packs containing six units, with pricing applicable per pack.
