Bel-Art's safety labeled wash bottles are designed to enhance workplace safety by featuring Department of Transportation (DOT) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and symbols, Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) number, protective equipment symbols, and target organ information. The bottles are easy to read and include a wide mouth measuring 53 mm (2 inches) for convenient refilling. Made of translucent, LDPE solvent-resistant material, the sodium hypochlorite bottle is constructed of white LDPE for light protection between 230 and 450 nm, while the toluene bottle is made of red LDPE. Each bottle has a polypropylene closure with a leakproof design and provides compliance with OSHA requirements as outlined in Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200. The kit is sold in an inner pack quantity of 6 bottles, with pricing set per each pack.
