The CM Universal Trolley (UT) is engineered to accommodate nearly all Columbus McKinnon brand electric and air chain hoists with capacities up to 3 tons. This rugged trolley is designed for exceptional versatility and durability, and it is CE compliant for global applications. The UT features both plain and geared trolley options; the plain trolley allows for manual positioning of the hoist and load, while the geared trolley is ideal for precise positioning, with a standard hand chain drop proportional to a 20-foot lift hoist. It is convertible, equipped with geared track wheels and side plates, enabling easy conversion to a geared trolley in the field with the addition of a hand geared kit. The trolley boasts dual tread wheels that fit tapered or flat beams and includes permanently lubricated shielded ball bearings for extended life and reduced maintenance. The UT can be quickly adjusted to accommodate a variety of beam flange widths, ensuring operator safety with wrap-around side plates and lugs for enhanced security.
