The Timetrax™ EZ Proximity Time Clock System, known as TTEZ Prox, combines a user-friendly time clock system with the efficiency of proximity technology, allowing employees to clock in and out quickly. This system includes the Timetrax™ time and attendance software that provides flexible payroll management, reporting, and exporting capabilities compatible with major payroll providers. It supports an expandable capacity of up to 500 employees, starting with a 50-employee capacity out of the box and inclusive of 15 proximity cards. The system features a straightforward proximity card punch system, plug-and-play installation, and full point-and-click punch and payroll editing, along with many standard reports. It automatically calculates overtime for various work rules and special pay categories, including sick time, vacation, holiday, and bonus pay. The easy-to-read large LCD displays show time, date, and employee names, while battery backup ensures continuity during power failures. The system is made in the USA and allows an unlimited number of Pyramid Ethernet terminals, compatible with Windows 8 and higher, enabling punching in and out from any Timetrax Ethernet terminal. It supports Ethernet LAN and WAN connections with multi-time zone functionality, and synchronization with the Pyramid wireless master clock system is available as an option. Additionally, the communication performance remains unaffected by cable length, distinguishing it from USB connections.
