It features a flexible paper backing that ensures excellent adhesion and release from a wide range of substrates. The CP 631 also complies with US government standards for arts and crafts products, having been tested using the ASTM D-4236 method for the Labeling of Hazardous Art Materials Act (LHAMA). The product's compliance signifies that it has been evaluated and approved by a third-party lab and toxicologist, confirming that no hazardous materials are present that would necessitate a warning statement.
