The All Steel Construction Cylinder Floor Stand is designed to hold three cylinders with a diameter ranging from 4.0 to 12.0 inches in a vertical position. Constructed from 11 gauge hot rolled steel, it features all steel components including finishing, packaging, and labor, all made 100% in the USA and Canada. The stand is designed for floor mounting using four fasteners with a diameter of either 5/16 or 3/8 inches, appropriate for the floor construction at the installation site. To protect the edges and maintain the cylinders, it is equipped with steel reinforced vinyl edge guarding for added grip. The steel parts are sealed with powder paint for long service life and chemical resistance. Support straps measure 1.5 inches wide by 54 inches long, made from polypropylene with a steel cinch buckle, rated at a robust 1138 PSI, serving as the primary means of support for securely holding the cylinders against the brackets. Optional chain sets can be easily retrofitted as a second means of support, requiring three chains. The dimensions of the stand are 40 inches wide x 10-1/2 inches deep x 72 inches high, with a weight of 80 lbs. It ships via freight or package carrier rated oversized, partially assembled for freight savings, with shipping dimensions of 44 inches x 32 inches x 12 inches and a shipping weight (with packaging) of 84 lbs.
