The All Steel Construction Cylinder Pallet is designed to hold two cylinders in the vertical position, accommodating diameters ranging from 4.0 to 12 inches. Made entirely from 11 gauge hot rolled steel, this pallet features a fully enclosed two-way design with 3 x 7.75 forklift channels for ease of handling. Its edges are protected with steel reinforced vinyl edge guarding, ensuring durability while providing extra grip to maintain cylinder stability. The steel components are sealed with powder paint for enhanced longevity and chemical resistance. Each cylinder station includes two support straps, measuring 1.5 inches wide by 54 inches long, made of polypropylene with a steel cinch buckle, capable of supporting up to 1138 PSI, effectively securing the cylinders against the brackets. Optional chain sets can be added to comply with NFPA1, Cal OSHA, and UFC requirements for secondary cylinder support, enhancing safety during use. The dimensions of the pallet are 24 inches in length, 24 inches in width, and 32 inches in height, with a weight of 131 lbs. It ships fully assembled via truck, with shipping dimensions of 36 x 36 x 36 inches and a combined shipping weight of 178 lbs.
