It is constructed from 11 gauge hot rolled steel, boasting an overall capacity of 1600 lbs, with each cylinder station rated for 400 lbs. This cart features fully enclosed forklift pockets that are 24 inches long with 2-way entry and fork entry openings measuring 8 x 3 inches. The offset deck is reinforced by three support bars, providing added strength and rigidity, while the lowered deck, which is 1 inch off the ground, facilitates easy and safe cylinder loading. Edges are protected with steel reinforced vinyl edge guarding to maintain cylinder integrity and enhance grip. Each cylinder station is equipped with two support straps made of 1.5 inch wide by 54 inch long polypropylene with a steel cinch buckle, rated for 1138 PSI, ensuring a secure hold against the brackets.
