The stainless steel cylinder tube rack measures 16"W x 16"D x 30"H and has a capacity for two cylinders, holding one cylinder in a vertical position with a diameter ranging from 4.0 to 12.0 inches. It is constructed from .125 thick 2.0 x 2.0 square stainless steel tube, welded from type 304 stainless steel, with full perimeter welding and sealing at all junction points. The tops are ground smooth and capped with HDPE polyethylene caps. Each cylinder is secured using two stainless steel type 316 chains and chain snaps. The lower tube structure includes floor mounting holes with a .531 inch diameter. For seismic installations, S4 rated anchor bolts, 3/8 inch diameter by 5 inch long are recommended but are not included. This rack qualifies for seismic zone 4 construction and applications and meets or exceeds NFPA, UFC, OSHA, and CGA standards for the storage of compressed gas cylinders.
