It is constructed from .125 thick 2.0 x 2.0 square steel tube, fully welded with grade ASTM A-500 specifications. The design features full perimeter welding and sealing at all junction points, with the tops ground smooth and capped with HDPE polyethylene caps. The rack is finished with a black semi-gloss powder coat that includes UV inhibitors and an electro-deposition base coat. It includes plated steel chain snaps and a #2/0 twist loop plated steel chain with welded links for cylinder support (two per station). The lower tube structure includes floor mounting holes with a diameter of .531 inches. For seismic installations, S4 rated anchor bolts with a diameter of 3/8 inch and a length of 5 inches are recommended, though they are not included.
