The cylinder tube rack is designed to hold three cylinders in a vertical position, accommodating diameters ranging from 4.0 to 12.0 inches. It measures 16"W x 38"D x 30"H and is constructed from .125 thick 2.0 x 2.0 square steel tube, utilizing welded grade ASTM A-500 for durability. The full perimeter is welded and sealed at all junction points, with tops ground smooth and capped with HDPE polyethylene caps. Finished with a powder-coated black semi-gloss that includes UV inhibitors and an electro-deposition base coat, it features plated steel chain snaps and includes #2/0 twist loop plated steel chains with welded links to support the cylinders (two per cylinder station). The lower tube structure includes floor mounting holes with a diameter of .531 inches. For seismic installations, S4 rated anchor bolts, 3/8 inch diameter by 5 inches long are recommended (not included).
