The tops are ground smooth and capped with HDPE polyethylene caps, while the rack is powder painted black semi-gloss with UV inhibitors and an electro-deposition base coat. It includes plated steel chain snaps and #2/0 twist loop plated steel chains with welded links for cylinder support (two per cylinder station). The lower tube structure has floor mounting holes with a diameter of .531 inches, and for seismic installations, S4 rated anchor bolts (3/8 inch diameter by 5 inch long) are recommended but not included.
