The cylinder tube rack is designed to hold five cylinders in a vertical position, accommodating diameters from 4.0 to 12.0 inches, and features dimensions of 70"W x 16"D x 30"H with a weight of 254 lbs. Constructed from .125 thick 2.0 x 2.0 square steel tube, this all-steel rack is fully welded with grade ASTM A-500 material and is made entirely in the USA and Canada. It includes a full perimeter welded and sealed design at all junction points, with tops ground smooth and capped with HDPE polyethylene. The powder-coated finish is black semi-gloss, enhanced with UV inhibitors and an electro-deposition base coat. To support the cylinders, it comes with plated steel chain snaps and a #2/0 twist loop plated steel chain with welded links (two per cylinder station). The lower tube structure features floor mounting holes with a .531 inch diameter. For seismic installations, S4 rated anchor bolts (3/8 inch diameter by 5 inch long) are recommended, although they are not included. This rack is compliant with NFPA, UFC, OSHA, and CGA standards for the storage of compressed gas cylinders.
