The pan and lid feature a textured non-slip finish on the corners, sides, bottom, and lid to reduce scratches, while the smooth interior finish facilitates easy clean-up. These high-heat pans excel in high temperature applications, are BPA free, and can withstand temperatures from -40° to 375°F. The food pan sizes meet specifications for use in food bars and steam tables, conform to EN 631-1 Euro norm standards for inter-stacking with existing pans, and are NSF listed and dishwasher safe.
