Molded-in capacity indicators are provided in both quarts and litres, while a textured non-slip finish on the corners, sides, bottom, and lid reduces scratches. The smooth interior finish allows for easy clean-up. These high-heat pans excel in high-temperature applications, are BPA free, and have a temperature tolerance ranging from -40° to 375°. Food pan sizes meet specifications for use in food bars and steam tables, and the pans comply with EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards for inter-stacking with existing pans. Additionally, the pans are NSF listed and dishwasher safe.
