The kit features reinforced top and bottom corners on both the pan and lid to help prevent chipping and cracking, along with spoonable bottoms that make removal of contents easier and help prevent food waste. Molded-in capacity indicators are listed in both quarts and litres, while a textured non-slip finish on the corners, sides, bottom, and lid reduces scratches. The smooth interior finish facilitates easy clean-up. High-heat pans are designed for high temperature applications, are BPA free, and operate within a temperature range of -40° to 375°. The food pan sizes meet specifications for use in food bars and steam tables and comply with EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards for inter-stacking with existing pans. These pans are NSF listed and dishwasher safe. The product includes a warranty in accordance with specified terms.
