The Vollrath Mirage Cadet induction range, model 59310, is designed for the Canadian market and operates at 12 amps. This induction range features a G1 engine with 75% efficiency, significantly higher than the approximate 50% efficiency of gas ranges. It offers 20 power levels and a temperature range of 100°F to 450°F (38°C to 232°C), controlled via a pushbutton interface with a bright LED digital readout for easy visibility. The stainless steel case top and molded plastic bottom provide durability, while the temperature memory function allows it to power up to the last used temperature setting. The unit is compact, mobile, and requires no maintenance, with a 100% framed ceramic top for added durability and 100% factory bench testing for quality control.
