The Waring WDB600 Hot Plate is a double burner commercial unit designed to provide efficient cooking performance at 120V. It features heavy-duty 7-inch and 6-inch cast-iron burner plates that heat up quickly and evenly, providing a total of 1800 watts—1300 watts for the large plate suitable for fast cooking and 500 watts for the small plate ideal for simmering and warming. The heating elements are embedded in the cast iron for optimal heat distribution and rapid heat-up time. The unit is constructed with heavy-duty brushed stainless steel housing, making it easy to clean. Independent adjustable thermostats come with power on and ready indicator lights to notify when the burners have reached the desired temperature. For stability, the burners are equipped with nonslip rubber feet. The Waring WDB600 is completely NSF and UL approved, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
