The Vollrath Wear-Ever heavy-duty sheet pan, model N5300, is constructed from impact-resistant 3000 series aluminum and features a tapered design for easy stacking. This full-size sheet pan measures 25-3/4" x 17-3/4" x 1" and is sized to fit standard baker's racks. It includes a closed bead with a galvanized non-rusting rod for added reinforcement, while its concave bottoms help flatten during heating to ensure even heat distribution. Additionally, the sheet pan is available in two options: the S5315 model, which is coated with a non-stick surface for easy food release and cleaning, and the 9002P model, which is perforated specifically for oven broiling and baking.
