Product Details

The Vollrath Wear-Ever Heavy-Duty Sheet Pan is a one-half size pan measuring 17-3/4" x 12-7/8" x 1" and constructed from 13 gauge impact-resistant 3004 aluminum. This pan features a tapered design for easy stacking and is sized to fit standard baker's racks. Additionally, the closed bead includes a rod for reinforcement, and the concave bottoms flatten during heating to ensure even heat distribution.
