The Vollrath Redco Tomato Pro, model 0646N, is designed for efficient tomato slicing with a 3/8" cut straight blade. This slicer features a high-density polyethylene base material that is NSF approved, ensuring its durability against constant contact with tomato acids and other harsh foods without corroding. The positive-stop arm provides stability during operation of the push-through slicing mechanism. Available options include straight or scalloped blades, which enable slicing of tomatoes without the need for 'pre-scoring' the skin.
