The Vollrath Redco Instaslice 16 Blade Assembly (model 15115) is designed for precise 3/16" cuts and includes a pop-in pop-out blade assembly for easy cleaning and maintenance. It features thermoset blade frames that never need adjustment and will not corrode, providing the largest slicing area in the industry. The corrosion-resistant polyurethane food carrier ensures long-lasting durability, while the Hardcoat™ pusher head fingers are engineered to resist corrosion from tomato acids and other harsh foods. A detachable table stop guarantees that the processor remains securely in place during use, and the sled-leg base design offers superior resistance to breakage. This assembly is available with both straight and scalloped blades, allowing for the slicing of tomatoes without the need for 'pre-scoring' the skin.
