The Vollrath Traex Plastic Flatware Cylinder Storage System (model 1370) features a 4-1/2" diameter and comes in a beige color. It is designed with heavy-duty, long-wearing cylinders that fit into compatible cylinder washing racks, transport racks, and Silv-A-Tainers. The system promotes vertical washing and drying, which is preferred for flatware. Additionally, items 52633, 52643, 1370, 52642, 52808, HR1370, HR2D1DDA, and 97241 are NSF certified to meet food safety standards. Please note that the cylinders are sold separately.
