The Vollrath hot food display case, model 40732, features a versatile heating element that allows the well to be used wet or dry, along with a rear drain valve for easier end-of-day maintenance. It is equipped with an energy regulator dial that provides reliable temperature control suitable for a wide range of different foods. The unit includes two adaptor bars for dividing full-size well spaces into 1/6 size pans. Designed with a double skin stainless steel base, it minimizes heat loss and can be utilized as either a drop-in or countertop unit. Additionally, the stainless steel top is heated and serves as a plate warmer. For ease of access and cleaning, sliding glass doors in the rear lift out effortlessly.
