The unit is NSF certified and constructed with 18 gauge steel clad in black vinyl, with optional finishes available in stainless steel or laminate. It features a satin finish 18-8 stainless steel exterior and is equipped with heavy-duty 4" (10 cm) swivel casters that include brakes. The design incorporates a 5" (12.7 cm) clearance between the floor and the bottom of the unit, ensuring that the display area fits flush with the work surface. It has a full frost pattern on the display surface and includes a 1" (2.5 cm) wide drip trough with a drain. The unit uses R134A refrigerant and does not provide storage.
