The Presentation Gravity Flow Rack, model 27857, is a starter unit measuring 60"W x 72"D x 72"H, designed for multi-level storage with enhanced efficiency in picking applications facilitated by its knuckled SpanTrack Wheelbed. It features a return on the top level for handling empties. Constructed from 1-3/4" square tube steel, the rack is supported by welded base plates for secure floor anchoring, and its posts are punched at 1" on center for flexibility in configuration. The powder coat finish ensures durability, while the low friction wheels, measuring 1.6" with a hex hub and 5/16" steel axle, contribute to smooth operation. The rack comprises four levels, each with a capacity of 1000 lb, and includes four upright posts, four front-to-back beams, and two cross beams per level for easy assembly.
